BMW X3 xDrive20d can be considered the base model of the BMW X3 range. Since there are only two X3 models announced at this time, we can not know yet if there is going to be another X3 with a smaller engine than the X3 xDrive20d. However, the diesel engine performs excellently on this car and it deserves attention.

One of two new BMW X3 models announced at this date is the BMW X3 xDrive35i. This X3 model is powered by a 3 litre six cylinder engine with 306 hp and a torque value of 400 Nm available from 1300 rpm. This engine combines the already successful technologies developed by BMW like TwinPower Turbo, High Precision Injection and VALVETRONIC variable valve control technology.

BMW X3 has been renewed and BMW revealed the first photos and data regarding the new X3. BMW has redefined the entire meaning of the X3. It seems that they have gathered all the less impressive characteristics of the former X3 and gave them away while they have improved all the good things to their best. The new BMW X3 is going into a new dimension.

I have already published my first impressions on the new BMW 5 Series Sedan, but I left the discussion open since there is much to say about the design of the new 5 Series Sedan. The most striking thing about it is the way BMW managed to create a design for the 5 Series that integrates so harmoniously this car in the BMW model range. It is obvious for anybody the way the new BMW 5 Series blends in right between 3 Series and 7 Series models. Even if you see the car for the first time, you can tell right from the start it is a BMW, and if you have a little knowledge on cars you could guess it has to be a 5 Series. After releasing a teaser on the new 5 Series, BMW has finally unveiled the new 5 Series Sedan. The wait is finally over, and we can now have a look at the first BMW photos as well as comment on its design. For buying this model however you’ll have to wait a little longer since the new BMW 5 Series Sedan will be launched on March 20th, 2010 in Europe and on June 19th, 2010 in the US.
