Alfa Romeo Giulietta and Uma Thurman will be the stars of an international advertising campaign intended to capture and reveal to the public the image and personality of the Italian car. In the TV commercials directed by Kevin Fitzgerald, Uma Thurman will play the roles of five different women representing the various personalities of the car. It comes naturally that such a beautiful car could only be represented by a beautiful woman like Uma Thurman.
The new Alfa Romeo Giulietta is designed and built to perform excellently in all possible areas of interest for a car, meaning that due to the advanced suspension technology and the active steering with a dual pinion the car will be both extremely dynamic and still comfortable and pleasant to drive in daily traffic. A new Compact architecture is used in the construction of the car which contributes to the overall safety of the Alfa Romeo Giulietta.
The main idea behind the commercials is aimed at creating a correspondence between the personality of the famous actress and the features of the car, underlining the dream characteristics of the car turned into a touchable reality.
The Famous Italian photographer Fabrizio Ferri captured the black and white images for the poster campaigns.
The new Alfa Romeo Giulietta will compete in one of the toughest segments in Europe, and the car will rely on a wide range of versions based on Progression and Distinctive outfits, Pack Sport and Pack Premium customization packs, two sets of fabric upholstery and leather upholstery in four colors as well as no less than eight variants of alloy rims with dimensions between 16 and 18 inches.
Alfa Romeo Giulietta will be available at the launch date with four EU 5 compliant turbo engines (two diesels and two petrol engines) all fitted with an eco friendly Start & Stop function.
The power outputs of the petrol versions will range between 120 HP for the Alfa Romeo Giulietta 1.4TB and 170 HP for Alfa Romeo Giulietta 1.4TB Multiair. The diesel versions are the Alfa Romeo Giulietta 1.6 JTDM with 105 HP and the 2 litre 2.0 JTDM with 170 HP. Top of the model range for Giulietta will be the Quadrifoglio Verde 1750 TBi with “just” 235 HP.
